Sanal Çekirdek is the technology brand of SCNET Bilişim ve İletişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi. Based in Ankara, we design, implement and, within the agreed scope, operate cloud, cyber resilience, data, AI, networking and enterprise application layers as one system.
Enterprise technology is often assembled over many years by different teams and suppliers. Our role is not to force every component into one product, but to connect them through shared objectives, security, data and operating principles.
Technical advisory, target architecture, transition, integration and managed services are addressed through one lifecycle. Where needed, we coordinate technology and facility providers and document scope and responsibility clearly.
We define value through measurable objectives, clear accountability, working delivery and observable day-to-day service—not through product lists or inflated claims. An outcome without a baseline is not presented as proof.
Our principles include written authorization for security testing, purpose and instruction for customer data, evidence and portability in technology selection, and human oversight and reversibility in AI systems.

We do not claim to own a data-center facility. Services may be delivered on enterprise-grade third-party capacity selected for the requirement, with Sanal Çekirdek accountable for the agreed architecture and management scope.
Our scope can include customers in Türkiye and other markets. Data transfer, tax, contract, service hours and local regulatory requirements are validated per engagement.
We aim to select technology around the requirement. Specific partnerships or credentials are published only when supported by current contractual authority or certification evidence.
