Sanal Çekirdek

Connect vehicle, plant and service data across the whole product lifecycle.

Automotive and mobility technology services connect vehicle software, plants, suppliers, dealers, fleets, and customer channels in one data chain. Sanal Çekirdek designs that chain as a single architecture spanning infrastructure, data, and applications, shaped by high-volume telemetry, low latency, product security, and long device lifecycles.

Connected vehicle and fleet data

Vehicle telemetry is connected to secure device identity, message handling, stream processing and fleet or service systems. Data frequency and retention are balanced against purpose and cost.

  • Vehicle/gateway identity and certificate lifecycle
  • Telemetry streams and event processing
  • Fleet, maintenance and service integration
  • Access controls for location and driving data

Smart manufacturing and quality

Production-line, test-station and quality data is connected to MES, ERP and analytics platforms. Edge controls reduce latency while a central data model supports comparison and learning.

  • Line and station visibility
  • Predictive maintenance
  • Quality deviation and root cause
  • Energy and capacity optimization

Cyber resilience and software lifecycle

Trust boundaries are established across OT networks, vehicle or device software, update infrastructure and enterprise systems. Supplier access, signed software, logging and incident response are connected to the product lifecycle.

  • OT/IT segmentation
  • Secure remote access
  • Software deployment and update security
  • Cyber incident and production continuity

Aftersales and customer experience

Vehicle status, service history, parts, warranty and customer interaction can support more proactive service journeys. AI assistants are grounded only in verified technical knowledge and permissioned customer data.

  • Service and parts recommendations
  • Warranty and technical knowledge retrieval
  • Dealer/service integration
  • Customer- and vehicle-aware assistants

How we work

  1. Inventory vehicles, gateways and production lines
  2. Separate telemetry volume from the signals that drive decisions
  3. Design the OT/IT boundary and certificate lifecycle
  4. Pilot on one line or one fleet segment
  5. Extend the proven model across plants and vehicle families

How success is measured

  • Vehicle and production telemetry availability
  • Unplanned downtime, maintenance and quality deviation
  • Software/update success and security incidents
  • Service cycle time and first-time fix

Frequently asked questions

Should all vehicle data be centralized?

No. Safety, latency, cost and privacy determine what is processed in the vehicle or at the edge. Only the detail and events needed for the use case may need to reach the central platform.

Can you work with existing MES and ERP systems?

Yes. APIs, events or controlled batch integration can be designed after validating ownership, timestamps, transaction integrity and error handling.

How is AI governed in connected-vehicle use cases?

Model access, task boundaries and human or operator approval are set by use case. Generative models are not used as the sole decision-maker for safety-critical or binding actions.
