Data and collection channels
Forms and email process identity, contact, company or professional details, inquiry content and optional links. Security and performance generate IP, device, browser, timestamp, referrer and technical log data. Visit measurement processes a masked IP, page views, referring source and device information; it runs on Matomo software on our own infrastructure and no data is transferred abroad. If you give consent, advanced measurement such as form-field behavior is added; the Cookie Policy sets out the detail.

Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals or contracts, secure services, meet legal obligations, establish or protect rights and pursue legitimate interests. Visit measurement carried out to operate and improve the site relies on legitimate interest. Explicit consent is obtained for advanced measurement and for commercial electronic messages; declining does not affect access to the service and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Sharing, retention, security and rights
Data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with hosting, email, security, CRM or legal providers and authorized public bodies. Visit measurement data is not transferred abroad; the measurement server is in Türkiye. Where any transfer arises for other services, it is made only on the conditions and safeguards required by the Law. Retention is defined by purpose, contract and law, followed by deletion, destruction or anonymization as appropriate. Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met; to request that correction and erasure be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to; to object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis; and to claim compensation for loss suffered through unlawful processing.

Candidate notice
When you send a job application we process your identity and contact details, the discipline you are interested in, any CV or portfolio link you share and the content of your message. The purpose is to assess your application and, where suitable, to run the interview process; the legal bases are pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest. Please do not include special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or criminal records); they are neither requested nor required.
- Your application may be kept even when no position is open; the retention period is stated below
- CVs are not uploaded as files — a link is requested instead, to reduce the security surface
- Assessment is carried out by people; no automated decision-making or profiling is applied
- Application data is kept for at most two years after the end of the recruitment process, then deleted or anonymized
- References or background checks are made only with your knowledge and consent
